**Role summary**

Within our Digital team, we are looking for consultants (consultant, senior consultant and principal consultants) to work as part of our growing digital practice. You will be passionate about consulting, digital transformation and be a natural problem solver.

**Key responsibilities**

You will work with our clients on multiple disciplines and projects supporting across our clients digital strategy and transformation.
- You’ll be aware of what is happening in the market both with heritage and emerging players and be able to adjust your client narrative accordingly.
- Shaping and delivering complex digital transformation projects from advising on digital strategy and ‘where to play’ to delivering programmes of work focussed on digital transformation
- Display strong content knowledge of one of the core areas of digital consulting listed in the essential skills section below.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience within Financial Services, with a significant portion in Consulting
- Experience in Digital projects in at least **one** of the following:

- Digital product strategy
- Proposition development
- Design thinking
- UX
- Product management
- Customer Journey Design
- Digital Platform Integration
- Ways of working (Agile)
- Data science & Analytics
- Cyber
- Client engagement and stakeholder management experience and the ability to form advisor relationships with clients.
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Domain expertise in one or many areas of FS across Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking or Wealth and Asset Management

**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- Strong presentation skills, experience writing successful project proposals
- Remote workshopping tool experience running ideation sessions with stakeholders
