Job Description

As a PPC Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible on helping to set up and manage the PPC, Media and Paid Social for our Online dating and Entertainment platforms. We’re looking for individuals who want to build a career in Paid Ads Marketing, while improving their broader digital marketing skills.

This is an all-round performance marketing role with a focus on paid ads - we are seeking extremely driven individuals, with a relentless ambition of raising the bar.



Responsibilities

  • Setting up and Manage PPC accounts across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) & Bing.
  • Planning, implementing and optimising PPC & Media campaigns effectively and autonomously
  • Paid Social Media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat
  • Create engaging ad copy, target relevant audiences and keyword analysis;
  • Report on your campaigns’ effectiveness.
  • Continuously research and test new ideas, and use these to optimise your campaigns;
  • Keep abreast of changes in the industry and how they will impact the business.
  • Monitor, analyse and continuously optimise ad copy, keyword lists & bids based on a data-driven approach to meet ROI expectations
  • Test new campaigns and channels with a strong focus on CPA and ROI
  • Effectively manage large-scale budgets to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals.
  • Utilise strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  • Put together documents & reports to showcase your work beyond top-of-line metrics



Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office - particularly Excel & PowerPoint;
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
  • Understanding of best practices in campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, extensions & landing page optimisation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale budgets effectively.
  • Comfortable with analysing data and making recommendations based on your findings;
  • Able to communicate and present clearly, concisely and professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  • Very organised and able to prioritise your own work;
  • Comfortable working independently and able to find answers to your own questions through research.
  • Have a degree level qualification or equivalent CIM diploma; Bachelor’s degree in statistics, maths, marketing or a related field
