Equifind has partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing neo-banks to hire an FP&A Senior. This newly created role will sit in their City of London office.They’re a tech-first digital bank leading the way in financial management, education and investing. Following a recent fundraise, they’re entering a new growth phase and are bringing in a senior analytical hire to bolster their budgeting, forecasting and scenario-modelling capability.Key duties includeOwn the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple teams, keeping everything accurate and aligned with wider goals.Deliver clear monthly reporting and analysis on revenue, costs and KPIs, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.Act as a commercial partner to senior stakeholders, using data and insight to influence decisions.Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for planning, business cases and scenario analysis.Support board packs, investor updates and ad-hoc deep dives as needed.Streamline and improve processes as the FP&A function grows.Take on ad-hoc projects for the CFO.Key requirementsQualified accountant (ACA/CIMA).A minimum of 5 years experience, ideally working within FP&A.A degree that clearly shows strong numerical and analytical ability.Prior experience of working with FCA regulated businesses.Advanced-level Excel skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Solid understanding of three-statement models.Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills.Package details£70,000-80,000 base salary.Discretionary annual bonus.Employer pension contribution.27 days annual leave.Free lunch when in office.Flexible working (Tue-Thu in office)Private medical insurance coverage.Group income protection.Plus, a host of additional perks and benefits
