A leading name in fintech, it operates across savings, loans, and a range of financial health products.Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the business, enabling management to make faster, better decisions as the company scales. It’s a broad role with real influence and visibility, working closely with stakeholders in product, marketing, and the exec team.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall business goals.Deliver high-quality monthly management reporting and performance analysis, providing clear insights into revenue, costs, and key KPIs.
