CV Screen is recruiting for a Senior FP&A Analyst who is ACA qualified to join a fantastic business, who are one of the UK leaders in the technology sector. You will be joining a talented team who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.

**WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: **
As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you should be ACA qualified, have proven experience in a Tech/SAAS environment and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to meet the demands of this fast-paced role.

This role has an excellent progression opportunity, with the potential to move into a Head of Finance position after demonstrating outstanding performance.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all planning and analytical systems and processes in the company.
- You will supervise and provide support to the Management Accountant.
- You will implement a metrics dashboard.
- You will help the CFO bringing in KPI’s, including tracking and reporting on results.
- You will prepare the yearly finance plan.
- You will provide analysis and insights for the use of business decisions.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- You should be ACA qualified, with a vast history in financial analysis.
- You must have experience working within a tech business.
- You must have experience working within a SAAS business.
- You should have an analytical mindset.

**SALARY & BENEFITS**:

- A salary of up to 75k is available
- 25 days holiday, plus BH (Including Christmas shutdown)
- Birthday day off
- Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office.
- Enhanced parental leave
- Regular social events
