Head Of Client Services - Wealth Management
Overview:
Wealth management firm specializing in providing bespoke financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families across the UK, Geneva, and Monaco. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Client Services to lead our client services team and ensure exceptional service delivery to our distinguished clientele.
Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to deliver unparalleled service to private clients.
- Develop and implement client service strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Foster a client-centric culture within the team, promoting excellence in service delivery
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Handle complex client queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
Service Delivery and Improvement:
- Oversee the daily operations of the client services team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Continuously review and improve client service processes and systems to enhance client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in client service and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Strategic Development:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, focusing on client services.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the client services function.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., investment management, compliance) to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Set performance targets for the client services team and monitor progress against these targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client service metrics, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Use client feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in wealth management.
- Ensure the client services team is aware of and responsive to changes in the market that may impact clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in client services within the wealth management or private banking sector.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a high-performing client services team.
- In-depth understanding of the financial markets and investment products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
