This role will see you working closely with the design team on multiple large-scale, complex projects across the UK, the US, and Europe. A key requirement for this position is strong experience delivering data-centre projects particularly within the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, leading architects, driving production, and maintaining clear communication between practice leaders and the wider team. You will play a pivotal role in managing processes, safeguarding confidentiality, and keeping complex, high-profile projects running efficiently.Job DescriptionProject manage across multidisciplinary teams (architecture, landscape, master-planning), working with project leads and senior managementStrong focus on financial management, reporting and planning resourcing Prepare and run meetings for design and management team on project progressAssist in producing job cost budgets and project plans, and carry out Q&A across projectsDevelop and maintain risk register for projects Key SkillsDemonstrated experience managing architectural projects, coordinating design teams, and overseeing delivery from concept through completionExperience in using software for project reporting is a desirable skill setComfortable in reviewing financial reports and forecasting Strong communication style and ability to lead and coordinate between decision makersPrevious data-centre experienceAbility to both lead multiple people and efficient under pressure This a rare opportunity to join a globally renowned team, working across beautifully crafted and fast paced projects worthy of critical claim
