This position embodies Eldercares commitment to holistic carerecognising that spiritual wellbeing is essential to overall health and quality of life.You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team fostering meaningful connections and promoting autonomy dignity and emotional wellbeing for each resident. With sensitivity and insight youll provide inclusive spiritual care that honours the diverse beliefs cultures and traditions of our community.What You Will Bring:Bachelor degree in Theology Counselling Social Sciences or equivalent at a tertiary levelClinical Pastoral Education or the equivalent reflective practice training (according to current industry standards)Certified Level Two member of Spiritual Care Australia preferred: eligibility essential (see: Spiritual Care Australia (2023).
