Job DescriptionSVP Programmes and PortfolioFull time - HybridDerbyWhat you will be doingYou will provide project management leadership and direction for major projects programmes and portfolios to deliver the company strategy business case and business plans. This role provides leadership direction oversight and reporting of the selection prioritisation and control of the function or business projects and programmes in line with the strategic objectives of the Civil Aerospace business. The goal is to balance change initiatives and business-as-usual while optimising return on investment.Provide project management leadership and direction for major projects programmes and portfolios to deliver the company strategy business case and business plansIdentify internal and / or external customer product and / or service needs and develop a strategy to meet those needsEstablish and maintain consistent governance frameworks and methodologies for the delivery of the portfolio ensuring clear roles responsibilities and accountabilities are defined that align with the function and / or business requirements. Accountable for the governance and control of all investment including capital revenue and resource for change programmesExecute the developed strategy to meet identified and anticipated customer requirementsAccountable for ensuring all project / programme / portfolio activities are delivered with account of the full project and product lifecycle and in line with company standard processesManage a portfolio of projects and deliver the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company standard processesAccountable for stakeholder interface management and successful delivery of stakeholder requirementsProvide leadership direction and knowledge within their area of responsibilityResponsible for providing accurate information to gain commitment funding and resources to deliver the project / programme working with the Portfolio PartnerLead integration of major work packages to deliver project / programme / portfolio objectivesWhy Rolls-RoyceWork with us and well welcome you into a culture of caring and belonging where you can be yourself.
