Overview

A nation-wide recruitment agency, are looking to expand and develop their finance team, but adding an experience Part-time Payroll Administrator. You will get the chance to work in a fun, fast paced environment, specialising in time sheets and payroll journals, as well as ensuring all invoices are processed correctly. You will be working alongside some likeminded individuals who have a similar work ethic to yourself.

You will be an integral part of the team, entrusted to hit tight deadlines, while still maintaining the highest quality of work. You will also have involvement in month end reconciliations, as well as quarterly reporting and submissions. This is a great opportunity to put all your finance skills to the test, in a new challenging environment.

Skills required

  • Experience within a similar position, or a willingness to grow into the role.
  • Great communication skills, working with multiple clients at once
  • A great understanding of Microsoft Excel, as well as experience on SAGE/Xero would be beneficial.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit those tight deadlines
  • The ability to work autonomously, all while checking details are correct before submitting work for deadlines.
