An award-winning, law firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent, and developing and driving our recruitment and onboarding processes.
This role offers a Hybrid working model based from their Exeter office.
This is a full-time opportunity working 9 am-5.15 pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor include: -
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and drive recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage the selection process, including arranging interviews, facilitating selection procedures, and enhancing the candidate experience
- Provide support to the HR team on broader HR tasks, including employee relations during the first 6-12 months
Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Advisor include: -
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment at Officer/Advisor level, preferably within professional services
- Proven ability to manage a full recruitment cycle, with strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professionalism and attention to detail
