They are individually assigned to live vacancies, to act not only as a CV resourcer, but will also manage the candidate throughout the process. (The Delivery Executive commission is separate to the Recruitment Consultant’s). Allowing you to have more time for client contactWork alongside our Marketing team, to help them advertise your jobsWorking alongside other internal teams, to ensure client and candidate satisfaction. We have in house teams that look after the Contracts & Compliance, Marketing, Business trip booking and much more. Allowing you to focus on your roleRequirements:You’ll need prior recruitment experience.Must have proven experience in generating and developing new business.You’ll need strong interpersonal and communication skills.You’ll need to be a team player.
