Your new roleWorking as part of a team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a variety of HR responsibilities within a busy department.
- HR database maintenance including starters, leavers, contract changes etc.- Support and engage with starters and leavers - Manage the onboarding process for new starters- Prepare contracts and starter packs - Complete pre-employment checks including RTW and references- Support the HR team in employee relations matters- Manage the maternity and paternity processes- Assist with HR reporting requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be a driven and proactive individual with strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
