Alma Personnel have great pleasure in partnering with their Loughborough based client to help them recruit for an experienced and hopefully a creative Administrator/Coordinator to be based on-site at their prestigious site.

Starting salary depending on experience is between £29.5K and £35K, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours. This is not a hybrid working role.

As an experienced Administrator/Coordinator, you will posses strong oral communication as well as written, attention to detail and possess excellent IT skills, including MS suit of products including PowerPoint. Creative design packages would be a bonus.

Assist with and organise coordination of events both for internal and external..this could include virtual events, managing the whole logistics of organising registrations and ensuring key information is communicated.

You will be the first point of contact for clients both virtually and in person.

Maintain the day to day running of the office and other business whilst adhering to H&S standards.

Update and maintain CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance and accuracy.

Assist the digital team in creating bespoke materials for both internal and external use.

Analyse digital marketing campaigns, generate reports and provide insights.

Assist with the developing and maintaining of digital assets including website content and social media etc..
