Business Intelligence Developer

Job Overview:
IPG Health are recruiting for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and a proven track record of leveraging Data to drive actionable insights.
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting requirements, performing analysis, and building dashboards and visualizations for the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable BI solutions using the DOMO platform to meet business requirements and objectives.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their BI needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Optimize performance and efficiency of DOMO solutions through continuous monitoring and fine-tuning.
Requirements:
Understanding of data - how it can be used to drive decisions, how it can be combined with other data and presented in a meaningful way
3+ years of hands-on experience in financial data analysis
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
Experience with data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Nice to Haves
Experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role
SQL Experience / Proficient in SQL coding.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Understanding of finance and accounting principles
