With a strong presence in Manchester, they have a proven track record of delivering excellent service to their customers and providing a supportive work environment for their employees.DescriptionKey responsibilities:Lead and manage the credit control teamOversee the collection of outstanding debtsEstablish and implement credit control policies and proceduresPrepare and present reports on collection activities and progressWork closely with other finance team members to improve processesProvide training and guidance to team membersContribute to the overall goals of the Accounting & Finance DepartmentProfileThe successful candidate requires:A strong academic background in finance or accountingProven leadership skills in a credit control environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailKnowledge of credit-related laws and regulationsExperience with accounting software and MS OfficeJob OfferBenefits: A salary up-to £34,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysExcellent pension schemeFree health-careFree parkingLife assuranceDental coverCompany perksHybrid working
