An exciting Credit Control Team Leader position has recently become available at a leading Global Professional Services business based in Manchester City Cetre. The Organisation has seen soaring growth due to 2 recent acquisitions and large scale expansion and will be looking for experienced Credit Team Leader to join their dynamic team to assist on the Credit Management side of the Credit Control function.

As the Credit Control Team Leader, you will lead a team of around 5 highly skilled Credit Control Administrators who focus on Credit Management and Credit Risk for clients of the organisation. You will be tasked with ensuring accurate assessments of Financial Risk and will work together with the Debt Credit Control team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of Credit Administrators
- Lead the Credit Risk team to ensure they provide an accurate assessment of financial risk for new/existing clients
- Work in tandem with the Credit Debt Collection team so your Credit Management team can let them focus on collections
- Managing the data kept on clients to protect integrity and prevent delays in collection of cash
- Building great, productive relationships across all levels of the business so you can use your connections to complete responsibilities
- Raising the profile of the Credit Risk policy and Credit Management services

**Key skills/experience**:

- Knowledge of Credit Management and Debt Management is essential
- Proven record of leading or mentoring staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Organised, adaptable and ability to prioritise
- Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
