2nd Line Support Engineer

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team and help them maintain their high standards of service.

Role Overview:As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be a crucial part of my client's technical support team, responsible for resolving more complex and escalated issues that their clients encounter. You will work closely with their 1st Line Support team and other technical experts to ensure the seamless operation of their clients' IT systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware and software.
  • Perform regular system updates and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
