Are you an experienced Information and Quality Manager looking to join an innovative and inspiring architecture practice?
This award-winning studio, known for its impactful projects across the Culture, Housing, Mixed Use, Industrial, Education, and Masterplanning sectors, is seeking a talented Information and Quality Manager to enhance their London office. With over three decades of experience, they are a B Corp and Employee Ownership Trust, and have been recognized multiple times for their contributions to the field, including prestigious industry awards.
As the Information and Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the studio's information and quality management systems. Working closely with Associates and Associate Directors, you will communicate changes to project and quality management procedures, coordinate internal ISO audits, and ensure compliance with formal accreditation reviews. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining project procedure systems, assisting in the renewal of Professional Indemnity Insurance, and managing project information using software like Rapport and Newforma.
The studio values continuous learning and professional development, offering staff training in both Rapport and Newforma. Your role will be pivotal in setting up new projects, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with Project Leads and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution of contracts and appointments.
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a construction discipline or project management, along with experience in project management within architecture or construction. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a thorough understanding of building contracts and procurement routes are essential. Experience with document control, Rapport, and Newforma is desirable but not mandatory.
