This award-winning practice is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their business development team, focusing on bids, proposals, and RFPs. If you excel in turning complex information into engaging designs and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.
As a Graphic Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing high-quality, cohesive bids and presentations that capture the essence of the practice's projects. Collaborating with business development and client-facing teams, you’ll ensure client needs are translated into bespoke, digestible design solutions. Your expertise in layout, typography, and branding will elevate bid submissions, working closely with the marketing team to create a suite of templates and stock assets that reflect the practice's brand.
To thrive in this role, you should have proven experience in graphic design within a bids and proposals context, ideally within architecture. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually engaging designs from complex information is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365 (including PowerPoint), and other relevant design software is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial.
