Our client, a prestigious US firm, is currently seeking a solicitor with 2-4 years’ experience to join their dynamic Finance Group in Structured Finance on a permanent basis. Our client is a renowned legal force, consistently recognised for its excellence in legal directories such as The Legal 500 United Kingdom guide.


The Role:

As a key member of the Structured Finance team within the Finance Group, you'll play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of finance transactions. From asset-based loans to securitisations, your responsibilities will span across advising lenders, borrowers, agents, and trustees. Delve into complex cross-border structures and navigate intricate intercreditor arrangements, all while providing expert counsel on financial restructurings.
