Job Description

As a Structured Finance Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking, creating, managing and disseminating technical and commercial intelligence to clients and lawyers.
  • Providing training and working on training programmes for internal lawyers and external clients.
  • Delivering strategic knowledge and client initiatives across the firm's international network.
  • Developing and maintaining technical and commercial resources, including drafting and maintaining legal precedents and guidance notes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Structured Finance Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • A strong working knowledge of structured finance law.
  • A proven track record for developing client relationships.
  • Strong legal research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
