**Role Expectations**:

- Take primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating senior and mezzanine finance documents, managing transaction processes, and supervising less experienced colleagues.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in senior and mezzanine finance, with bonus experience in secured borrowing base facilities.
- Show flexibility and enthusiasm in growing knowledge and experience within private credit structured finance funding structures.
- Be client-focused, understanding the borrower's industry and business to provide tailored transaction management and innovative solutions.
- Foster and grow client relationships, collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and industry groups.
- Engage in continuous self-development through formal training programs, mentoring, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
- Generously share time, knowledge, and experience to develop less experienced colleagues.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years PQE experience in private practice within a Finance team.
- Proficient in Loan Market Association facility and intercreditor documents and English law security documents, with experience in leading LMA-style transactions.
- Flexible, agile, and enthusiastic about growing knowledge and experience within private credit structured finance funding structures.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a focus on building enduring client relationships.
- Inquisitive nature, striving to understand clients, their drivers, and how to deliver impactful advice.
