People are at the heart of the business - from the farm to the factory to the retail shelf, our people deliver exceptional food experiences. We were founded on expertise, but we are also entrepreneurs, seeking out opportunities, encouraged by our culture that allows great commercial ideas to flourish. Your duties will include: Working on the production line, using a knife. Remove primal cuts from carcass cuts following the correct cutting lines and seams for the station you are operating. Ensure that any bones removed are to the required customer specification and ensure yields are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills / qualifications / attributes: - Previous experience of butchery Previous experience of working in a factory environment Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
