Butcher Full

**Hillstown Farm Shop is a busy modern and progressive award winning butchers on our family farm. We are multi award winning with our sausages and home produced beef and require a hard working experienced butcher.**

**Duties include**
- Cutting and serving meat to customers in an enthusiastic and friendly manner with a keen awareness of hygiene.
- Keeping counter and display counters filled at all times
- Sausage making
- Boning out of beef, pork, lamb and chickens
- Daily cleaning of the shop.

**Desirable qualities**
- Counter experience essential
- Good knowledge of meat products.
- Strong work ethic & high level of integrity
- Good people skills & work well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
