About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Cranswick Country Foods (Ballymena). As a leading food producer in the UK, we are committed to creating high-quality, sustainably made British food without compromise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on the production line, utilizing a knife to remove primal cuts from carcass cuts following the correct cutting lines and seams for the station being operated.
  • Ensure that any bones removed are to the required customer specification and achieve optimal yields.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in butchery is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a factory environment is also required.
Working Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.
