HRSS Specialist UK&IR – 6 month contract, possibility to extend, Hybrid role – Reading office 3 days per week – £15 - £20 per hour (negotiable)

I am working with a global software company to recruit a HRSS Specialist for their office based in Reading. The successful candidate will have experience working with a ticketing system and happy to commit to the contract.


Key responsibilities:

- Support with HR admin/operations processes in and for UK and Ireland

- Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents

- Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system

- Support with onboarding in UK&IR

- Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them.

- Collaboration with Payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrolment.


Essential Skills & Experience:

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in UK&IR, UK&IR legislation/requirements

- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday

- Previous experience with ticketing systems

- Accurate, efficiency focused, able to pay attention to details

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
