Customer Services Administrator

Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a part time ( 20 hours a week - Monday 9-5, Thursday 11-5, Friday 9-5) Customer Service Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for an initial period of 4 weeks.
Key Duties:
- Answering telephone calls from customers and assisting them with booking in deliveries
- Processing delivery details onto the system
- Taking payments over the phone
- All associated administration on the computer system / CRM
Key Requirements/Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office is essential
