They value collaboration, trust, and a genuine belief in building something together - not just following templates.The RoleThe brand is looking for an Art Director to help shape and elevate its creative direction across channels - from email and social to digital experiences and seasonal campaigns.This person will play a pivotal role in building, mentoring, and inspiring a growing design team, owning the visual output and ensuring consistency and craft across every touchpoint.This is a creative leadership role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment - equally comfortable conceptualising ideas, designing in Figma, and guiding freelancers or junior designers through production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and evolve the visual identity across digital, CRM, and social platforms - focusing on brand consolidation and seasonal storytelling.Art direct and manage a team of freelance and in-house designers, with plans to grow the permanent design team next year.Partner closely with content and video teams to bring creative concepts to life through photoshoots, campaigns, and product visuals.Be hands-on in Figma - bringing clarity, originality, and craft to every project.Drive alignment between editorial, social, design, and operations to ensure a unified creative vision.Collaborate with leadership to set creative standards, build design processes, and strengthen team culture.Communicate clearly and confidently - articulating creative rationale and inspiring trust across the business.About YouExperienced Art Director or Senior Designer ready to step up into a creative lead position.A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and strong visual craft across lifestyle or consumer tech brands.Deep understanding of Figma, digital design, and integrated campaign work.Equally confident directing others as you are rolling up your sleeves.Skilled at managing freelancers and balancing creativity with commercial goals.Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — building rather than inheriting.Brings empathy, clarity, and passion for connecting with audiences, particularly in female-led or family-oriented brands.What’s on Offer25 days holiday + bank holidaysFlexible working hours and hybrid setup (minimum 3 days in-office; Monday mandatory)A supportive, transparent culture where trust equals autonomyThe opportunity to help build a brand -not just work on oneThis is more than an Art Director role - it’s a chance to shape the creative heart of a brand that helps people hold onto what matters most.
