Role Name : Senior Art Director Location : London, UK Hybrid : 3 days per week to office Type : Contract - Inside IR35 Duration : 3 month contract Start Date : ASAP (1st week of January) Basic qualifications • Sr. Art Director experience at advertising agencies and/or as an in-house creative. ( min. 10 years’ experience)• An online creative portfolio demonstrating award winning conceptual thinking skillset, as well as strong expertise in digital advertising, art direction and design. • In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, InVision), and a basic understanding of UX design. • exceptional presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability. • Strong organisation and collaboration skills. • excellent in craft and a critical project owner. • Insight and data-driven. obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign. • A fascination with innovation and technology. • Self-starter, proactive with strong ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task. • Able to supervise and guide cross functional creative teams, ensuring alignment, quality, and consistency throughout the work. Must Haves : 10 years or more experience in digital advertising (Creative Agencies) Art Director Background + Award-Winning Portfolio (Cross-Vertical Clients) Tech Environment (Big Tech) Key job responsibilities : • Concept, art direction, design, oversee and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands. • Partner with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers strategists and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives. • Independently lead and supervise campaigns from brief to execution and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agency partners. • Obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers both innovation and results. • Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies and internally. • Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social. • Ability to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlines. • Be proactive in developing new products and ideas on behalf of the customer. A day in the life • Partnering with a variety of brands, media and creative agencies to work on innovative campaigns for Tech, FCMG, fashion and luxury brands • Supervising creatives and production partners to keep the creative vision sharp and ensure the work meets the highest bar from start to finish. • From designing brand experience from documentary films in Prime Video to Alexa branded experiences, you will always strive to create a never been done before ideas. • Presenting a campaign to brand clients and their partners in creative and media agencies. • Reviewing edits and work in progress with your partners, collect and respond to feedback in order to meet the highest creative standards. • Work with your team on proactive projects and initiatives and bring them to life. Preferred qualifications • Proven track record of executing projects successfully with teammates in different time zones. • Experience working with different regions. • Strong mentorship skills.
