Account Executive | Remote | SaaS | Emergency Services – Police, Fire, Emergency, Central Government
Headline:
A data mapping and location scale-up SaaS vendor is looking for a Account Executive to continue their growth in the public sector vertical. This is a remote based role (1 day a month in the office). Package is up to £80k base with a double OTE. Good benefits and stock options available too. Need to have a value and solution led sales approach with a background in SaaS. Selling into the police and/or other emergency services is a must.

Are you a proven SaaS sales professional ready to build something big? We're looking for an Account Executive to upsell, cross sell and win new customers in the Public Sector. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage existing relationships and customers and drive real growth in an innovative tech company.
What you'll do:
Identify and engage new business opportunities within the Public Sector. This is a mix of upselling and cross selling with existing customers and winning new logos.
Own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting, converting SQL's, owning the full sales cycle and closing deals (deals vary from £10k - £250k+ ARR).
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, presales, and customer success to help support the sales cycle and increasing deal size.
Build strong, long-term partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a strong presence in the market.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales within the Public Sector (emergency services)
Experience selling to the MOD is a big plus.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
Self-starter mindset with the drive to succeed in a remote environment.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment and take ownership of new challenges.
