£23,575 per annum full time equivalent

Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance across Professional Services teams, ensuring smooth operations.
Event Coordination: Aid in organising events and activities to support departmental functions.
Communication Management: Handle departmental email inboxes and phone calls as needed.
System Maintenance: Maintain and manage departmental systems.
Flexible Duties: Undertake additional reasonable duties as requested by the manager or senior colleagues.
Qualifications
Education: Educated to GCSE level or above. Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Confidence in communicating with various stakeholders.
Open to learning and adapting to changes.
Positive attitude towards personal development and training.
IT Proficiency: Excellent IT skills, ideally with experience using Google Drive.
Communication Skills: Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Organisational Skills: Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proactive Approach: Demonstrated initiative and proactiveness.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.
