We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Property & Facilities to join our clients growing team and lead the management of a wide range of facilities and services. From listed buildings to cutting-edge property projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact and drive positive change.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Way: As Head of Property & Facilities, you’ll manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring all sites operate smoothly, efficiently, and in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Expert Facilities Management: You’ll oversee Total Facilities Management (TFM) services, from building fabric and services to soft services such as cleaning, pest control, vending, and more.
  • Project Leadership: Manage major property projects and change works, bringing your expertise in project management to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Heritage & Conservation: If you have experience with listed buildings, heritage properties, or conservation plans, this is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge to protect and enhance our clients sites.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with third parties such as insurers, landlords, local authorities, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of all facilities and services. You’ll be the key point of contact for a variety of external partners.
  • Sustainability Focus: Drive initiatives that reduce carbon footprints, optimise energy management, and ensure sustainability practices are at the forefront of facility operations.
  • Procurement & Tendering: Lead the contract tendering process and manage procurement for all services and supplies.


What You Bring:

  • Essential Qualifications: You must have strong Building Services/Fabric and Health & Safety qualifications.
  • Heritage Property Experience: A deep understanding of managing listed buildings.
  • Project & Change Management: A track record of managing large-scale projects and change initiatives.
  • Comprehensive TFM Knowledge: Experience across the full spectrum of facilities management, from security and access control to soft services and utilities management.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Strong experience in liaising with third parties, managing contractors, and negotiating with suppliers.
  • A Passion for Sustainability: Demonstrated commitment to reducing environmental impact, improving energy efficiency, and driving sustainable practices within property management.
