Our client is on the hunt for a Marketing Manager with a flair for creativity and a strategic mindset to lead the marketing initiatives in the business. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that not only drive bookings but also elevate brand presence and foster customer engagement.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns to showcase the business
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation, to maximise reach and improve conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to produce targeted marketing materials that bolster sales and recruitment.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor actions to uncover opportunities for growth and refine marketing tactics.
  • Employ analytics tools to monitor marketing campaign performance, delivering regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Remain abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solid track record in marketing
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of turning data into strategic insights.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative and proactive in developing marketing strategies and solving challenges.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
