We're seeking a highly motivated Campaign Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at a multi-award-winning company recently named in the Top 10 Places to Work in the UK and Top 20 Fastest Growing Companies in the UK

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across all sectors, collaborating closely with the broader sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious pipeline and revenue growth goals.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaign plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Own the campaign lifecycle - from creation and management to delivery and optimization - across a variety of channels, including events, communications, digital marketing, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Rep (SDR) team on campaign briefings, providing enablement content and ensuring effective lead follow-up.
  • Partner with the wider marketing team on brand consideration campaigns.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute activities, managing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and workshops to elevate brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Apollo to set up campaigns and ensure smooth outbound SDR activities.
  • Refine data sets and craft compelling marketing collateral, collaborating with the content team on projects like blogs, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Drive online presence and digital marketing efforts for campaigns, including website optimization, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs, measure ROI, and identify optimization opportunities. Develop clear dashboards for tracking performance and share insights across the team.
  • Oversee internal and external resources responsible for creating campaign assets.
  • Interface with Sales and SDRs to progress and track marketing-sourced opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B campaign or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Experience with HubSpot is highly desirable, with knowledge of Apollo a plus.
  • Proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
