Part-Time Branch Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time Branch Administrator who as part of your role will support the branch by contributing to the financial performance.Main duties include:Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted forEnsure missing notes and PODs are investigated and replacements obtained if requiredBalance branch till daily ensuring everything is accurate and up to dateComplete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked dailyForwarding till reports to Head Office and update banking templateAllocate pay later notesMonitor unpaid cash sale reports escalating any discrepancies or queriesEnsuring any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manorRunning the weekly account statements and ensure these are up to dateEnsuring staff accounts are up to dateMonitor and analyse the age debt reportAllocate customer payments whilst ensuring monies are banked dailyUpdating customer notes with detail as and when requiredMonitor and review customer credit limitsDealing with general customer queries either face to face or over the telephoneWorking hours:25 (average) hours Monday to Friday including alternate Saturday working.
