White Horse Employment are proudly partnering with Dynisma in their search for a Management Accountant. Dynisma is revolutionising driving simulators with world-class Motion Generator technology, delivering unmatched accuracy and ultra-low latency for vehicle dynamics and ride.


This role is due to an exciting period of growth for the business where they continue to expand and develop into new markets. You will be part of a small finance team working closely with Finance Manager to improve efficiencies and streamline processes for the forecasted future growth as well as have overall responsibility for the preparation of the month end accounts.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and analysis.
  • Perform reconciliations for balance sheet GL codes, daily bank accounts, and weekly 20-week cashflow forecasts.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, submitting updates, and addressing queries.
  • Handle KPI reporting and VAT returns, including data collation, review, and submission.
  • Provide finance cover for AP and expenses during staff absences.


The successful candidate will be either QBE or a part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a good overall grasp of transactional finance and experience of preparing month end accounts. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to work for a high growth SME where you will have varied role and be able to develop quickly.
