This role offers a platform to make a tangible impact, broaden your project management expertise, and lead a variety of IT deployment and migration projects across the UK.You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to define, plan, and deliver projects across a broad product range, with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. At SVL, we are committed to professional development and provide extensive support and opportunities to grow your skills as you manage an expanding project portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to build a long-term, successful career with a forward-thinking company.  Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and implementation for all products within the SVL portfolio, ensuring governance throughout initiation, design, build, sign-off, and post-go-live support.Monitor project progress, reporting on status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.Act as a point of contact for internal teams and clients, supporting stakeholder management and engagement.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and handover materials.Assist with technical integration activities, including IVR, telephony, routing, and other CCaaS components.Support user acceptance testing, training, and post-go-live support.Contribute to process improvements and capture lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.Escalate project issues promptly to senior project managers or technical leads.  Essential Experience/Key Competencies:2-4 years experience in IT project management; project planning, management, estimation, and decision analysis skills.Basic understanding of contact centre operations and cloud-based CCaaS platformsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal skills written and verbal.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to make sound decisions in complex project environments.Experience managing IT suppliers and integrating them within project plan deliverables and problem resolutions.Willingness to learn technical aspects of CCaaS solutions and contact centre best practices.Excellent time management with a flexible attitude to work and the ability to pivot quickly in an ever changing environment.Strong working knowledge of MS products. Monday.com experience is beneficial.Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. Desirable Experience/Qualifications:Experience in project coordination or management within technology or contact centre environments.Solid technical background with an understanding of various IT technologiesExposure to cloud technology projects, IT implementations, or CCaaS systems is desirable but not mandatory.Project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus Submit your CV via LinkedIn. Closing date: Friday 21st November
