Description

  • undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of our Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, Corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
  • representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
  • contributing to key account management, our LinkedIn campaign and online presence through thought leadership articles
  • opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.
