My client is a growing provider of primary care services in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire area.


Due to continued growth, they need a Business Manager to manage the operational and clinical managers within the organisation. They need someone who can provide new ideas and a different perspective. Someone able to assess them as a business and challenge and question why things are done the way they are done and be able to make tough decisions. Aside from being an experienced business manager, you be highly commercial with a focus on financial health and performance.


Although this is a role within primary care, my client feels it could suit someone from outside of the sector, although it could also be suitable for an experienced operator in the private hospital space.


For this role, you will need:


  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior operator with commercial accountability
  • Commercial expertise with demonstrable experience delivering commercial growth
  • Demonstrable experience delivering performance improvement
  • Strong people management/influencing ability
  • Experience in regulated or fast paced environment

They are offering a basic salary of £80,000 to £85,000 + OTE and benefits - my client requires someone on-site 4 days per week.
