We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our sales ledger and accounting systems.

Main tasks:

  • Uploading weekly and monthly invoices from Operations system into Accounting System
  • Processing credit notes
  • Posting and matching customer receipts from bank statements to Accounting System
  • Collect credit card payments from customers
  • Assist credit controller with preparing Customer Statements
  • Assist credit controller with various tasks including Customer Reports, Customer Portals, chasing payments
  • Monitor the Accounts mailbox, actioning items as required
  • Preparation of ad-hoc bank payments
  • Reconciliation of bank account
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required from
