We are looking for Experienced Call Handlers to join our team based out of our Harlow Office, on an on-going Temporary basis, £11.96ph – Hourly RateMonday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00Weekly pay & Online payslipsA friendly and helpful Meridian team to support you with any queries at any timeFull company training provided & continual support within the role This role is with a Well-Established Pharmaceutical Home Care provider, where you will fall into the Patient Services Team as a Patient Call Handler on the phone.  As a Call Handler, you will often be the first line of contact for this Patient, Where they may need time taken with you to establish details & basic information of their  medication delivery, home visit or you could, rarely be dealing with an issues or complaint, and we would be looking for you to navigate these differing situations to the best of your ability to provide resolutions or escalate to the relevant manager where required to up-hold the high level of customer satisfaction.
