Join a dynamic Asset Management Client Services & Reporting team that manages client inquiries, produces proposals and delivers top-tier EMEA-based client reporting and analysis.


You will collaborate with marketing, portfolio management, and internal experts to ensure timely and accurate outputs and provide input on how to streamline processes utilising new technology tools with AI and Generative AI capabilities, all while building and maintaining strong client relationships.


Your Role

As an AVP in the Client Services & Reporting team, you’ll engage with clients, investors and global offices with the following key responsibilities:

  • Crafting and managing multi-product RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
  • Maintaining and updating the RFP library.
  • Simultaneously managing multiple client reporting assignments.
  • Providing regulatory reporting for management and institutional clients.
  • Acting as a client and product specialist, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Analysing data to produce accurate responses.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.


Your Background

  • Expertise in asset management and regulatory requirements (MIFID II, UCITS, AIFMID).
  • Intellectual curiosity and understanding of the financial industry and EU directives.
  • Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, alternatives, and ESG topics.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal clients.
  • Proficiency in compliance standards and ethics.
  • Detailed knowledge of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client documents.
  • Excellent working knowledge of RocketDocs or similar databases.
  • Ideally, IMC certification or willingness to pursue it, and exposure to ESG factors.
