Account Executive – ERP Solutions (Manufacturing & Distribution)Location: Yorkshire, UK (Hybrid)Salary: Competitive base + uncapped OTE + benefitsWe’re partnering with a specialized, UK/US midmarket ERP software application vendor seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive ERP software sales within one of their manufacturing verticals in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise software solutions.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory within the Manufacturing & Distribution vertical, partnering with organisations seeking to modernise their production, inventory, and fulfilment operations. You’ll engage with CFOs, COOs, Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders, and IT decision-makers to uncover inefficiencies and position our ERP platform as the backbone of their digital transformation.From initial outreach to final negotiation, you’ll lead the full enterprise sales cycle, supported by a world-class team of Solution Consultants, Product Specialists, and Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a targeted go-to-market plan for the Manufacturing & Distribution verticalProspect, qualify, and convert opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segmentsConduct deep discovery into production planning, inventory control, procurement, and supply chain workflowsLead compelling product demonstrations that highlight industry-specific valueBuild long-term strategic relationships with executives and operational leadersMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account planningCollaborate with Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and strong customer outcomesStay current with manufacturing and supply chain trends (automation, lean, traceability, warehouse optimisation)What We’re Looking ForProven success managing long, complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholdersExceptional communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skillsAbility to translate operational challenges into a compelling technology ROI story3+ years of proven experience selling ERP or Business Management Software solutionsProficient in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.Willingness to travel regionallyEnergetic, disciplined, and target-driven mindsetPreferred experience of manufacturing vertical and understanding of manufacturing operations and workflows.What We OfferCompetitive salary + uncapped commission structureLeading ERP platform built for complex manufacturing and distribution operationsVertical-specific sales enablement and continuous professional developmentClear progression into senior sales or strategic account rolesSupportive, collaborative team cultureFlexible/hybrid working arrangements
