This is an exciting opportunity for a results‑driven professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise software solutions. About the Role In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory within the Manufacturing & Distribution vertical, partnering with organisations seeking to modernise their production, inventory, and fulfilment operations. You’ll engage with CFOs, COOs, Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders, and IT decision‑makers to uncover inefficiencies and position our ERP platform as the backbone of their digital transformation. From initial outreach to final negotiation, you’ll lead the full enterprise sales cycle, supported by a world‑class team of Solution Consultants, Product Specialists, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a targeted go‑to‑market plan for the Manufacturing & Distribution vertical Prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities across mid‑market and enterprise segments Conduct deep discovery into production planning, inventory control, procurement, and supply chain workflows Lead compelling product demonstrations that highlight industry‑specific value Build long‑term strategic relationships with executives and operational leaders Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and strong customer outcomes Stay current with manufacturing and supply chain trends (automation, lean, traceability, warehouse optimisation) What We’re Looking For Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with C‑level stakeholders Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills Ability to translate operational challenges into a compelling technology ROI story 3+ years of proven experience selling ERP or Business Management Software solutions Proficient in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools Willingness to travel regionally Energetic, disciplined, and target‑driven mindset Preferred experience of manufacturing vertical and understanding of manufacturing operations and workflows What We Offer Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure Leading ERP platform built for complex manufacturing and distribution operations Vertical‑specific sales enablement and continuous professional development Clear progression into senior sales or strategic account roles Supportive, collaborative team culture Flexible/hybrid working arrangements Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
