Business Development Executive OTE £60K Tamworth HQ - Office based Monday to Friday 9-5pm £28,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary + OTE £60K UNCAPPEDExcellent career progression Immediate StartThis is a great opportunity for a Business Development Executive who thrives under pressure, wants to grow both financially and have personal development. This role would suit somebody with a strong desire to be part of a continued success of an organisation, a go-getter personality that is ambitious to grow and achieve.You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers via phone and email to generate qualified and set up opportunities. You must be able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, having excellent verbal and written communication, in conjunction with positive interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls and send emails to prospective clients using a targeted database. Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs, budgets, and project timelines. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products or services tailored to each prospect. Set appointments or forward qualified leads to the Project Sales Team for further engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company CRM system. Conduct follow-ups to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline. Work closely with the Sales Team to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion rates. Stay informed about our products, services, and market trends to effectively position the company with potential clients.What We're Looking For: Previous experience in Lead generation, B2B Sales, or Telesales. Business Development Background.Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers. Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is desirable. A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.Why Join?
