A top100 law firm are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Manchester Real Estate Commercial team.The role will include, but not be limited to, the following types of work:
    • newbuild transactions acting for purchasers, including preparing completion statements;
    • submission of SDLTs & LR searches and applying for property searches;
    • sale transactions, including issuing contract packs; and
    • dealing with sale enquiries.
    • Preparing and submitting files for post completion by AP1 and dealing with Requisitions raised by the Land Registry.  A knowledge of InfoTrack would be beneficial.
  • Updating clients, developers, estate agents and mortgage brokers.
The role will be based in the office and after training, the firm are happy to discuss hybrid.  This role is fast-paced and would suit someone with previous experience of working in a new-build environment on the purchase side, along with related sale work. You will be offering one to one support for a Senior Associate with a busy caseload.The ideal candidate for this role will have:
    • experience of dealing with the above matters within a legal property department;
    • excellent organisational, time management and communication skills;
    • a keen eye for detail;
