My client is a multi award winning, top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices across the nation. They are currently seeking a Paralegal  (real estate) to join their team in Manchester due to expansionThe role and duties:
  • Title and document review exercises and the preparation of reports
  • Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
  • Post completion activities
  • Basic conveyancing tasks
About you:
  • Experience with the above legal matters
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in working with Proclaim, Lender exchange and LMS (preferably)
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
