This client offers an innovative and supportive work environment which thrives on collaboration. Experience within Public Sector Procurement is a necessity for this role. Your new roleIn this role you will be:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on the organisation's procurement processes
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of staff
  • Analysing expenditure records and creation of market plans
  • Managing high-value tenders and monitoring the category's procurement process
  • Managing supplier performance and KPIs
  • Overseeing contracts

What you'll need to succeedA successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within public sector procurement (essential)
  • MCIPS qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in people management
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands on procurement and tendering experience
