Up to £24,375pa + benefits

Permanent, Full-time


My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office – working as their new Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal.


Working in one of the largest Property teams in England & Wales – this team acts for over 100 Registered Providers, advising on all aspects of housing management and property litigation advice. They act for private organisations, land owners, investors, developers, charities and local authorities.


As the successful Property Litigation Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for:


  1. Assisting Solicitors and Fee-Earners in the day to day running of files
  2. Preparing trial bundles
  3. Preparing and drafting claim forms, pleadings and witness statements for the County Court
  4. Liaising with Court prior to trials
  5. Attending Court to assist Barristers
  6. Occasionally undertaking site visits

To qualify for this Property Litigation Paralegal, you’ll need to have/be the following:


  1. Have experience dealing with registered providers and private landlords
  2. Have experience in Property Litigation
  3. Be degree educated (LLB, 2:2 minimum), LPC is desirable
  4. Have experience in drafting legal documentation
  5. Be assertive and confident dealing with people at all levels
